Welcome to Worker Music Group (“WMG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, websites, or applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

WMG specializes in music production, artist management, and related activities. Specific details about the services we provide may be outlined in individual agreements or contracts.

  • Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of WMG and third parties.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for our Services will be outlined in separate agreements or specific terms provided at the time of engagement. Payment terms, refund policies, and other financial arrangements will also be specified therein.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by WMG, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials, is the exclusive property of WMG or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep any confidential information shared by WMG strictly confidential unless otherwise authorized in writing. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business plans, financial data, and proprietary methods.

7. Termination

WMG reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WMG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our Services;

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WMG, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of São Paulo, Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

WMG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
